Processing details case: Multi-stage inner hole eccentric copper seat processing
The part provided in the customer drawing is a structural connection copper part for communication equipment. The core requirements include:
Material: Brass H62
Size: Outer diameter φ36mm, multi-stage inner hole + eccentric positioning, including internal thread and chamfer groove
Precision requirements: Each inner hole runout tolerance ≤ 0.02mm, eccentricity ±0.03mm
Processing challenges: It is difficult to complete the precise conversion between eccentricity and multi-stage positioning in one clamping
Our solution
Use a double-station special fixture to align the internal and external eccentric references to ensure that each section of processing is relatively consistent;
Multi-stage pre-hole + fine hole + tapping processing is carried out in steps, and the tool and speed are accurately matched to the brass material to prevent burrs and corner collapse;
After processing, use CMM three-coordinate and imager to perform composite positioning detection on multi-stage hole positions to ensure that the accuracy meets the standard.
