Processing difficulties:

The part size is large, the wall thickness is uneven, and it is easy to shrink and warp

The surface has a high gloss texture requirement, and weld marks need to be avoided

The material is flame retardant ABS, which has high requirements for temperature control

 

 

We use hot runner molds combined with multi-point gate design to achieve uniform filling and prevent flow marks; at the same time, mirror polishing is used on the mold surface, and the mold temperature, pressure holding and cooling cycle are accurately controlled during the injection molding process, successfully solving the problems of warping and weld marks, and ensuring stable mass production of products.
