Processing difficulties:

PLA is a heat-sensitive material, which is easy to decompose and discolor if heated improperly;

The wall thickness of the part is only 0.8mm, and the fluidity is difficult to control;

The surface needs to reach the food contact level finish.

 

 

We use low shear injection molding + multi-point gate design, combined with mold temperature control system to accurately adjust the temperature and cooling time to avoid PLA degradation. And mirror polishing is performed on the mold surface to ensure consistent appearance.
