The material is specified as PC+ABS, the thickness requirement is 1.8mm, and the dimensional accuracy must be within 0.03mm.

Processing difficulties:

The material blending characteristics require extremely high injection molding temperature control, and warping or burning is prone to occur;

The structural design is complex, including multiple studs, buckles, and reinforcement ribs, and mold exhaust is difficult;

The finished product needs to be compatible with post-processing processes, such as UV spraying and electroplating, and has high appearance requirements.

 

 

We optimize the gate position and cooling channel through mold flow analysis, use segmented filling process to prevent burning, and design a microporous exhaust system on the mold to effectively reduce weld lines and shrinkage marks. At the same time, the surface effect of injection molded parts is improved through special polishing and mold texture technology to ensure batch consistency.
