Project Background: The customer needs to develop a mirror-like high-gloss cosmetic box cover, requiring no weld lines, no shrinkage marks, and the surface can be directly UV coated.
Processing difficulties and breakthroughs:
The mold polishing level requirements are extremely high, and it must reach A1 mirror (optical polishing);
The product wall thickness is uneven, and there is an obvious shrinkage trend;
The structure is complex, the demoulding space is compact, and traditional ejectors are prone to traces;
The mold temperature control requirements are extremely strict, and a high and low temperature circulation system is required to cooperate with demoulding.
Solution
Imported Swiss mirror steel is used, and the mold cavity is manually polished to a mirror after EDM finishing;
Equipped with hot runner needle valve control to ensure that the weld line is in a hidden area and the strength is qualified;
The hydraulic core pulling and oil cylinder controlled inclined ejector system is used to solve complex demoulding problems;
