Material: 6063-T5 high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy
Size: outer diameter 200mm, height 60mm, tooth thickness only 1.2mm
Process flow: aluminum extrusion → CNC precision turning → multi-axis precision milling → anodizing → laser coding
Requirements: Ensure the symmetry of tooth pitch and the overall concentricity within 0.05mm
Difficulties and solutions
The tooth piece is ultra-thin and easy to deform due to vibration: use high-rigidity fixtures to fix it, and cut it in layers;
Anodizing should not have water marks and hanging marks: use customized hangers and ultrasonic cleaning to improve surface uniformity.
