Material: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
Size: 180mm × 120mm × 25mm
Requirements: Complex steps and through holes on both the upper and lower sides, with an accuracy of up to ±0.01mm
Surface treatment: Anodized black, no water marks, no brushed lines, no bubbles
Difficulty analysis:
Double-sided positioning is difficult to match: the parallelism of the upper and lower fixtures and the accuracy of repeated clamping need to be precisely controlled;
Cutting force can easily cause deformation of thin areas: we adopt the "layered light cutting" strategy to ensure that the heat dissipation teeth do not deform;
Anodizing pre-treatment requirements are strict: the whole process controls oil pollution, oxide film uniformity and edge smoothness;
The heat dissipation capacity of the area where local heat is concentrated needs to be optimized in a targeted manner, which is solved by improving the tooth shape distribution and diversion design.
