Processing difficulties and solutions
Hot-plug copper tube positioning accuracy requirements are high
→ Use precision drilling machine to open holes, with tolerance controlled at ±0.02mm, and use special copper tube positioning fixtures to ensure that the coaxiality and spacing of the tube holes are consistent.
Copper and aluminum have different expansion coefficients, and stress cracks are prone to occur after hot plugging
Through temperature control insertion + secondary aging treatment, internal stress is effectively reduced.
After CNC processing, copper oxidation should be avoided to contaminate the anode surface of aluminum parts
The copper surface is shielded after the ferrule, and only the aluminum surface participates in anodizing.
