The customer provided a high-density tooth aluminum extruded heat sink for the inverter system:
The profile width is 250mm, the height is 35mm, and it has a 1.2mm thick heat sink (one every 10mm)
CNC drilling + threading + two end surface shaping is required
The required dimensional tolerance is ±0.1mm, the heat sink teeth are not allowed to deform, and the hole position must be centered and symmetrical
Solution
It is difficult to control the deformation of the profile processing: we use low-stress aluminum alloy bars, and then hot extrude them after aging treatment to ensure the straightness and stability of the profile;
The heat sink is prone to vibration and deformation during CNC secondary processing: use customized fixtures and adsorption tables for flexible fixation;
The heat sink positioning hole spacing requires high precision: automatic alignment through the programming coordinate system + three-coordinate detection of the first piece to ensure uniform and consistent hole spacing.
Through this process control, the product has been stably mass-produced for more than 10,000 pieces to date, and customers are always highly satisfied.
