Use high-speed end milling + fine-tooth tool cutting to ensure the consistency of each tooth, error ≤±0.03mm;
The heat sink needs to be installed in a confined space, and the overall structural tolerance requirements are strict
After CNC contour processing, use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for full inspection to ensure corner accuracy;
Anodizing requires color consistency and strong corrosion resistance
