→ Use vacuum adsorption fixture to fix, and match high speed and low feed milling strategy to ensure that the edge is complete and burr-free;
The edge surface needs to fit the plastic shell precisely
→ Use 2.5D optical measurement + comparison of design curvature after processing, and the error is controlled within ±0.03mm;
The surface requires both thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance
→ Use medium-hard anodizing process to improve corrosion resistance and heat dissipation stability.
